They've played an equal amount of games, and they're 6 points apart. To say this game isn't astronomically important to the Oiler's is crazy. Call it a 4 point game, but the Oil NEED a win.
Last year Edmonton owned the Canuck's, this year seems like a role reversal. With an Oiler's win... a season split becomes possible, a loss...and despair kicks in ! I'm not sure why K-Lowe hasn't made a trade for a puck moving "D" yet, but this game should make the decision allot easier should the Oil blunder.
