Well the Oilers' lost 6-5 to Calgary last night, and here's how it all looks now.
Team GP W L OT PTSCalgary 39 23 12 4 50
Edmonton 40 22 14 4 48
Vancouver 38 21 12 5 47
Colorado 40 20 17 3 43
Edmonton is currently in 6th place in the Western Conference 7 points back of Detroit. They have a comfortable seat being 6 points up on the 9th place team " Phoenix". A win in Calgary last night sure would have been great, but they couldn't get the right bounce. The Flames scored with a little over a minit to go when they "bounced" one of of Chris Prongers' leg. "What the heck!", he allready had 4 assists to that point. The Oilers' next game is Tuesday against Chicago. Let's start the New Year with a bang, and kick their butt.
